Eligibility
Even though the league is housed in membership-based private pools, the league is open to all since we are the only option for recreational water polo in the Seattle area. However, some of our pools cannot accept outside members due to space constraints or club rules.
In the north end, Aqua Club, Blue Ridge, Innis Arden, Sheridan Beach and Wedgwood all accept players who are not club members. Click on the links on the right side for connection to these sites.
In the south end, you should contact each pool as the policies are in flux at some pools.
There are a few exceptions to our open eligibility:
- If you are a member of a club with water polo, you must play for your club program.
- If you belong to a Seattle Summer Pool without a water polo program, you may petition the league for permission to play with another club. See the League Contacts page to reach us on this process.
